eco and environmentally friendly labels
Despite the initial segregation of consumers, a large amount of waste is not suitable for further recycling and is rejected in the next selection phase. The so-called plastics is a colloquial term, it applies to all materials consisting of synthetic polymers, man-made and materials not found in nature. There are several types of such materials, not all of them are compatible with each other so that they can be processed together. This is due to the structural difference of raw materials, as well as their later use. Therefore, it is important that the label and packaging are not made of the same raw material.
The label is very important here, as it strongly determines the ecological character of the product. It is easier for manufacturers to choose the right type of label that will give ordinary packaging an ecological character than to try to create biodegradable packaging that will never be 100% organic.
We have prepared solutions for producers so that they can enrich their product with an ecological label that will make the entire packaging take on an ecological expression.

CLEAN FLAKE
CleanFlake* labels – are made of a material that is easily separated from PET bottles during the processing of plastics. Thus, we can obtain a clean, one-component granulate, free of litter with other types of plastic. Such granules will be used in a further process to re-make packaging. The production of plastic from granules is much more environmentally friendly than from crude oil. In addition, we find an application for waste generated after the use of products. This reduces the amount of unnecessarily produced plastic packaging.
WASH OFF
WashOFF labels – intended mainly for returnable glass packages. In the cleaning process, it is very easy to detach them from the glass walls, so we can quickly and easily reuse the bottle. There are no traces of glue or label residue on the glass surface. This allows the packaging to be re-labeled and launched onto the market. A special adhesive was used for the production of the WashOFF label, which loses its properties in sodium solutions and detaches from the glass. The glue does not dissolve in water itself, so the label does not lose its properties during pouring. It will also not peel off when the bottle is in cold water or ice. Only the caustic soda solution causes the glue to lose its properties.
MULTI CYCLE
MultiCycle labels are also intended for re-used packaging. The label stays on the wall of the bottle for a long time and can withstand even several washing cycles without damage. As a result, the packages can be used, cleaned and filled many times. When the product is re-launched to the market, the label is still aesthetic and retains all its properties. All thanks to a special glue and lamination, which are more resistant to abrasion and chemical processes. MultiCycle labels are very popular among beer producers that use returnable bottles. They allow reducing the costs associated with re-production and the labelling process itself.
THINK THIN
ThinkThin labels – a solution that reduces environment devastation. By reducing label size, weight and thickness – we also reduce the need for the production of plastics. The use of special Lite-type materials reduces the weight of the foundation, while maintaining its existing properties.
This has a real effect on reducing the consumption of oil, wood, electricity and CO2 emissions. It is producing one label instead of two.

REbase
The labels can be made from recycled materials. These can be both paper labels, for the production of which recycled waste paper pulp was used, and foil labels, in which the content of recycled material can reach up to 80%. The labels made of residues
from the process of wine production – that is, from grape seeds, are also interesting.
Thanks to the use of recycling materials, we do not reuse our natural resources, we contribute to the reduction of the production of unnecessary materials, and increase the participation of recycling in the production process.

If we already have to use natural resources, let us do it sustainably by using wood from FSC certified forests. Thus, we do not devastate the natural environment, and the obtained wood will be replaced with new seedlings in a quick and controlled manner.
